Quality at CSW
CSW operates a comprehensive, fully documented Quality Management System for the successful management and administration of all internal and external projects which is accredited under ISO 9001:2000 and TickIT Issue 5.
Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) carry out periodic surveillance audits to ensure that our defined processes and procedures are complied with and to verify that CSW is continually seeking to improve the quality of service we offer to our customers.
CSW is also fully accredited with the Institute of IT Training (IITT) for provision of training services to support our Case Notes and KMS products. It provides CSW with objective benchmarking of our training services and enhanced recognition for the services that we provide.
